Our rates vary with the number of guests and length of stay.
Whether a party of one or more no other bookings will be made for the period you are in residence. Rates are for the facility and not per person and are
inclusive of all meals served at Lanna Thai Villa or prepared in advance for picnics on local trips.
Also included are free maid and personal laundry service. Free beverages excluding alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours.
There are no additional charges for the use and enjoyment of other facilities such as ADSL –WiFi, home theater,pool, library, mountain bikes etc. Long distance direct dial calls and fax services are charged at normal service rates. Thai massage and herbal steam treatments are charged according to the various village based practitioners. Chiang Rai airport transfers are Bt. 900 each way and can be combined with sightseeing along the route at no additional cost. Non local excursion rates vary with time and distance and need to overnight away from the Villa.
